By accessing or using the CRISP website (https://carbonoffsetratings.org/) (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

The Site provides carbon offset rating information. The information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. Such prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

The information provided on the Site is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CRISP does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event will CRISP be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Site or the information provided on the Site.
